The case for your hostel
From an invitation to a reason to return.
01 A specific invitation → participation
Make the first move easier.
Coffee with someone new, a board game with at least two others, or a local discovery together gives guests a natural reason to join in—without staff starting every moment.
Introduce your tours, rentals and classes through something worth trying, with events promoting the activities you already run. Booking, payment and fulfilment remain with your hostel.
A new challenge, rank milestone or reward to work towards can encourage another plan—and a conversation about another night. Extensions still need reception confirmation.
Memories of people and places can give guests reasons to recommend your hostel or return. Hostel keepsakes can prompt those stories later. Staff can see approved quest memories captured in the app, not every experience beyond it.
Useful for a small hostel, a quiet afternoon or the gap between organised activities. Guests have a starting point even when there is no outgoing volunteer leading the room.
Give an invitation a path.
WhatsApp is useful for conversation; a noticeboard helps people see what is on. StayQuest adds a quest guests can choose, progress your team can recognise and a memory they can keep.

A face-to-face invitation can welcome someone without the app. Account-based progress and rewards belong to participating app users.
A clear role for your team.
Set up quests, rewards, conditions and staff roles. Then keep information current, review submissions, confirm redemptions and handle community concerns. Questful can help with templates, reward ideas, guest messages, training and marketing materials.
Agree reviewers and handovers that fit your team. Your hostel chooses, funds and fulfils rewards. Plan real costs, margins, staff time, stock and capacity; discounts and services need clear conditions.
Extension enquiries need reception confirmation. Booking, payments and fulfilment remain with the hostel. Photo audience choices do not grant promotional rights.
Walk through the guest experience, staff routine and setup fit. We’ll discuss pilot availability and next steps; early hostels help shape StayQuest with feedback.
